We get it, not everything works out as we want it to. If it did, we would all be backup dancers for Beyoncé! With that being said, you want your money back and we want you to be happy with your experience.

Fees and Eligibility

Return Shipping Fee

Shipping is at your cost. Please pack and ship the returned items to our warehouse in Lithuania. You’ll receive detailed information and return address within a return confirmation email.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you’ve received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you’ve submitted your return request.


All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any jewelry pieces that appear to have been worn or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

How to return an item?

1. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible
and describe what’s happened.
2. A return confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order within 1 business day. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.
3. You may request a refund/return for multiple items at one time to avoid additional return shipping fees, if any.
4. Please update us with a tracking info and don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed.
5. Wait for the package to arrive at the warehouse. It usually takes 5 – 25 days, depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.

Please make sure to initiate a return request on our site before mailing back your return(s). We do not accept returned items without a return request and are not responsible for returning your unauthorized item(s).

Where is my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
* Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high processing volume in the warehouse.

Additional Information


Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Note that is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee’s information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee’s name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
